Overview

From its beginning in 1975, Northbury was built to provide homeowners better quality, better design, and true value. It is an attractive community of homes for those who desire single family privacy, space and convenience, but want to experience the advantages of condominium ownership. It was consciously designed with a sensitivity to the inter-relationship between buildings and land with no more than two units per structure and only four units per acre.

US 23, M14, and I-94 expressways.
